Travel safely with Skyalps

Rigorous safety management is a matter of course for us

Skyalps places great emphasis on safety and comfort. We carry out strict controls on our planes on a regular basis and bring them up to the latest technical standards. Our employees in all areas continuously attend basic and advanced training courses on safety. You too can also play a role in the safety of everyone on board a Skyalps plane by following a few rules.

Please observe our regulations for

everyone’s safety:

  • Wear mouth/nose protection, make sure it is worn properly and change it every 4 hours (unless instructed otherwise).
  • Maintain a minimum distance of 1.5 metres from other persons.
  • Regularly wash your hands with soap for at least 20 seconds. If this is not possible, use alcohol-based hand sanitisers instead.
  • If you have to sneeze or cough, cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or your elbow.
  • Reduce direct contact with surfaces and people.
  • Show respect for others – it’s the only way of conquering this crisis together.
  • Fill out the health questionnaire provided by your airline.
  • Do not travel if you answer ‘Yes’ to one of the questionnaire’s questions.
  • Only passengers are allowed to enter the terminal on departure and arrival.
  • Read our hygiene and safety regulations.
  • Make sure you have packed enough surgical face masks and sanitiser.
  • Please travel to the airport in good time to ensure enough time for possible checks at the airport.
  • Should you have any questions/be unsure about something or feel unwell, please talk to our staff who are always pleased to help you.
  • Your temperature will be measured at the airport.
  • Keep your completed health questionnaire ready.
  • Please observe the barriers for maintaining distance.
  • Check in all of your luggage if possible.
  • Use the airport facilities and services only in urgent cases.
  • You will denied boarding if you do not observe the obligation to wear a mask.
  • Should you have any questions/be unsure about something or feel unwell, please talk to our staff who are always pleased to help you.
  • Listen carefully to the cabin crew’s safety instructions so that you know about your flight procedure.
  • Avoid using the ventilation nozzles as much as possible.
  • Wash your hands frequently, especially before eating and drinking and after using the toilet.
  • Wear your mouth/nose protection unless you need to wear oxygen masks in an emergency and when eating and drinking.
  • Please observe hygiene requirements (cough and sneeze into a tissue and dispose of it immediately).
  • Avoid touching your face with your hands.
  • Limit your contact with surfaces in the plane.
  • On-board service is temporarily not available.
