The Texel Group Nature Park

The Texel Group Nature Park is the largest nature park in South Tyrol with an area of 33430 hectares and is located in the heart of South Tyrol. The landscape is characterized by clear mountain lakes, rushing mountain streams, and impressive mountains that break the light. The nature park encompasses a variety of natural landscapes, from Senales Valley and Passiria Valley to Texel Group and the Ă–tztal Alps. From the charming villages of Naturno or Tirolo, wonderful hikes can be undertaken, and cozy mountain huts invite you to stop for a break. Stelvio National Park

A true natural jewel

In the Stelvio National Park in the Venosta Valley, nature lovers can enjoy a breathtaking landscape all year round: in winter, snowshoeing, and in summer, on wonderful hiking trails. The park is one of the largest nature reserves in Europe and is home to numerous rare animal species. Two visitor centers in Silandro and Ultimo Valley provide information for interested visitors. The Stelvio Pass Road is the highest mountain pass road in Italy and a popular destination for cyclists and motorcyclists.

Alta Badia

The vast hiking area of Alta Badia comprises over 400 kilometres of carefully prepared trails at altitudes between 1,200 and 3,250 metres. Easy walks in the valley, leisurely alpine hikes, longer hikes in the UNESCO World Natural Heritage Parks Puez-Odle and Fanes-Sennes-Braies, or tours in the high mountains: in Alta Badia the hiking possibilities are endless!

Three Peaks Nature Park

An exciting adventure

Rieserferner-Ahrn Nature Park

Nature at its most beautiful

The Rieserferner-Ahrn Nature Park between Ahrntal and Lake Antholz is a highlight for the whole family. The untouched nature with its mountain streams, waterfalls, and three-thousanders invites you to linger and discover. Two nature park trails lead through the glacier-rich area on an area of more than 31000 hectares. The nature park is a worthwhile stopover on a drive through the Pustertal or Eisacktal and also offers opportunities for dog owners to enjoy nature. Please note the leash requirement.
