Skyalps warmly welcomes special needs guests on board too. Upon making your reservation, please inform us if you need special assistance or support so that we can take all the necessary precautions to ensure you have a pleasant flight.

• Airport transport in a wheelchair or other suitable means
• Help with boarding and alighting
• Transport between the seat on the plane and the toilet
• Comfortable seat assignment
• Special meals on board: please inform us at least 24 hours before your scheduled departure if you have a food intolerance, allergies or diabetes.

We reserve the right to request that a medical certificate be provided which confirms your fitness to travel by air.

Individuals requiring a wheelchair and/or who are visually or hearing impaired and/or who travel with guide dogs for the blind are considered as air travellers with disabilities.

The following persons are considered as passengers with special needs:

• Pregnant women requiring medication or medical equipment
• Persons requiring a mobility aid
• Persons with a broken leg
• People with an infectious disease
• Persons requiring oxygen for medical purposes.
