Booking change

Because sometimes there’s just no way around it.

The unexpected can happen, and things don’t always run according to plan. Of course, we understand that this can happen, and that’s why we offer the following options to make a change to your booking.

These options we offer you

if you cannot start your trip

Due to fare differences, an additional payment to a higher fare may be required.

How can i change booking or postpone my vacation?

 

You can contact us by phone through our Service Center at

+39 0471 060950 or by sending an email to reservation(at)skyalps.com.

Please make sure that you:

  • have your booking code to hand
  • already know your new travel date


If you have booked through an (online) travel agency, please contact them directly for your rebooking.

Refunds are possible according to your fare conditions. The restrictions regarding refundability of the purchased fare apply. You can easily cancel your trip and request a refund by calling our Service Center at +39 0471 060950 or by sending an email to reservation(at)skyalps.com.

 

For tickets booked via a travel agency, we recommend that you also get in touch with them. If you do not receive a response in a timely manner or it seems necessary for other reasons, please contact us again for further processing.

Rebooking

Up to 24 hours before departure

It is possible to rebook up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure. As soon as any possible payment has been received – payable only by credit card – this shall be considered as confirmed.

 

Allowed changes:

For a one-way flight booking:

  • You can change the date, time and destination of the booked flight up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure.

 

For a round-trip flight booking:

  • The date, time and destination can be changed up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure. In this case, the departure airport of the outbound flight must be identical to the destination airport of the return airport, as well as the destination airport of the outbound flight with the departure airport of the return flight.
  • If the outbound flight has already taken off, only the date and time for the return flight may be changed.

You can make booking changes in your Skyalps account for all or for individual passengers in your booking.


Payments involved
Difference in fare:

  • If the ticket for the new flight is more expensive than the ticket for the originally booked flight, the difference must be paid.
  • If the ticket for the new flight is cheaper than the ticket for the originally booked flight, there are no additional fees, but the difference will not be refunded.
  • No difference in price must be paid if the price remains the same.


Rebooking fee
In addition to paying for the difference in fare, rebooking fees apply:

  • SKY PLUS: €10.00 per passenger in the booking. 
  • SKY GO: €65.00 per passenger in the booking. 
  • SKY BASIC: €100.00 per passenger in the booking. 

Name change

It is NOT possible to make changes to name(s).

No fee shall apply if a name has to be changed due to a typing error or a form error.

Service changes

Book additional services

Additional services may also be booked after checking in online. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are checked in for the new flight and that you have an updated boarding pass.

Cancellation at your own request

When an unexpected event makes cancellation necessary

It is possible to make a cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure. As soon as any possible payment has been received – payable only by credit card – this shall be considered as confirmed.

 

Refund of the ticket in case of cancellation by the passenger:

 

SKY PLUS: In case of cancellation by the passenger, the ticket will be refunded up to 100%.
SKY GO: In case of cancellation by the passenger, 50% of the ticket will be refunded.
SKY BASIC: In case of cancellation by the passenger, NO REFUND is possible.
 

Serious illness and/or death

Cancellation, rebooking, refund

Death of an immediate family member who is not travelling:

At SkyAlps, we try to make the process as seamless as possible during this difficult time for the family.
If you have already started your journey and are affected by an immediate family bereavement (spouse,civil partner, children (including adopted/step children, parents (including step parents), brothers & sisters (including step siblings), grandparents & grandchildren) contact our call centre and we will work with you to arrange a quick return journey. If you have been affected by a bereavement of an immediate member of your family within 28 days of your intended flight date and you do not wish to travel, we may provide a full refund upon application.

 

In order to process your refund request without delay please submit/attach the below information

 

  • Submit your flight reservation number
  • Confirm your relationship with the deceased
  • Attach suitable documentary evidence
  • Confirm which customers on this flight reservation require a full or partial refund

 

Death or serious illness of a customer booked to travel:

In the event of death or serious illness making it impossible for a customer to travel, the reservations of the affected customer and anyone travelling on the same booking reference may, at our discretion, be refunded.
If it is appropriate we can also offer to change flight dates and we will  waive any restriction or fee once suitable documentary evidence is sent to us before of the date of travel.

 

*We will also extend the same consideration to the travel companion of the bereaved.

 

In connection with the above-mentioned cases, the passenger or his/her family members (in the event of the death of the passenger) must notify Sky Alps contacting our customer service department on +39 0471 06 09 50 or by sending an e-mail to reservation(at)skyalps.com.
