To strengthen the team of the Sky Alps airline, based in Bolzano, we are looking for an administrative secretary.
The employee will be incorporated in the team and take care of administrative procedures and secretarial work.
Tasks:
- he/she is responsible for front office activities
- he/she actively supports the management and the entire company structure in managing deadlines and organizing appointments
- he/she manages documents and administrative files
- he/she executes various secretarial tasks, including possible errands in other offices
Required qualifications and experience
- Accounting diploma or other school qualification
- previous experience in secretarial work preferred, possibly also first experience
- Good English skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team, flexibility and the ability to work independently
