Every month we offer a selection of four DOC wines produced exclusively in South Tyrol: a carefully curated choice of regional reds and whites. The “Alto Adige DOC” designation has guaranteed certified origin and clear rules in the area since 1975.
Forst 1857 is a light lager with a golden colour, fine carbonation, light malt notes and subtle floral hop aromas. We also offer the non-alcoholic version, Forst 0.0, which has the same fresh and malty aroma as Forst, but without any alcohol content. It is produced by the Forst brewery, which has been family-owned in Algund since 1857.
Gin Z44 is clear and dry: juniper takes center stage, with light hints of Swiss stone pine and herbs. The Virginia variant delivers the same aroma without alcohol. Rooted for generations in Termeno on the Wine Road, Roner uses regional ingredients, alpine spring water, and precise craftsmanship.
Red Moon Sparkling is a non-alcoholic apple aperitif from South Tyrol, produced and bottled in Bolzano. Its red color comes from the fruit’s flesh. The taste is fruity with a gentle sparkle. No colorings, no preservatives, and no added sugar. Red Moon deliberately keeps ingredient lists short and processing gentle.
We offer Meraner Mineralwasser still and sparkling. Merano’s drinking water comes from 24 different springs, is bottled locally, and is regularly tested. The “Meraner Mineralwasser” brand stands for local origin and short transport routes.

Limestone is an organic tonic water from South Tyrol, available in several flavors. It’s a carbonated beverage with quinine, perfect as a mixer or to enjoy on its own. Limestone is a South Tyrolean brand, bottled locally, and keeps transport routes short and transparent.
This line includes tea, herbal infusions, and fruit blends. Classic black and green teas as well as gentle herbal mixes — for example, a South Tyrolean mountain-herbs blend. Ingredients are selected with care. Pompadour has been based in Bolzano since 1964 and produces for the Italian market.
Alps Coffee is a South Tyrolean coffee brand. Coffee beans are slow-roasted for a clean flavor without dominant bitterness. Depending on the blend, you’ll find nutty, chocolaty, or lightly fruity notes. Alps Coffee (Schreyögg) has been roasting in Merano since 1890, combining experience with strong local roots.
Loacker stands for thin, crispy wafers from South Tyrol — baked and finished on the Renon plateau near Bolzano. Unmistakable wafers since 1925. Ultra-thin, crunchy layers meet smooth creams: roasted hazelnut, cocoa/chocolate, Bourbon vanilla, and more.
Ultner Brot’s Schüttelbrot is made from rye flour and classically refined with caraway and fennel. Extra-thin and therefore extra-crispy. Its flat shape comes from “shaking” the dough before baking. Dry baking ensures long shelf life and lasting crunch. Since 1919, Ultner Brot has baked this South Tyrolean original in the Ultimo Valley using time-tested, artisanal methods.
Leni’s is a range of apple juices from South Tyrol. Local apples are gently pressed to preserve natural taste and color. For red-fleshed apples (e.g., Kissabel), the red hue comes solely from the flesh. Short ingredient lists and a clear, fruity taste. Leni’s processes and bottles in South Tyrol, keeping the path from orchard to bottle short.
Mila yogurt is made from South Tyrolean mountain milk. The texture is creamy, the flavor mild with a light acidity. On board, flavors change with the season — fresh and fruity in summer and spicier in autumn/winter. Mila is the brand of the Bolzano dairy cooperative, with processing in Bolzano.
Latteria Vipiteno yogurt is made from South Tyrolean mountain milk: creamy texture, mild taste, and a pleasant acidity. Short, clear ingredient lists. Classics like natural and vanilla plus fruit variants. Latteria Vipiteno has produced yogurt in Vipiteno since 1976, using milk from local mountain farms.
Froomy is a fruit purée made from 100% organic fruit. Ready to eat by the spoon, with no added sugar, no concentrates, and no additives. A smooth, natural texture and flavor that comes solely from fruit. Gentle processing preserves color and aroma. Recipes are intentionally simple for a naturally pure taste.
