You can also purchase gift vouchers at the Bolzano Airport or the SkyAlps office. Indicate the value of the voucher and any message you would like to be written on the gift card. Once payment has been made (by credit card via link or over the telephone), we will send you the voucher via e-mail.

 

How to use a SkyAlps gift voucher
If you have received a SkyAlps voucher as a gift, here is what you should pay attention to:

  • One voucher per passenger: you can use the gift voucher to buy tickets for only one passenger. This means that a voucher cannot be applied to more than one passenger within a booking, however, you can use the gift voucher for one passenger within a booking.
  • It is not possible to combine several vouchers: only one gift voucher can be used per booking for the same passenger.
  • The gift voucher can be used several times: if the value of the gift voucher is not fully used for a booking, the remaining amount will be available to the customer to make another booking. Please note: in the booking confirmation you will see the new code (under ‘EMD - Electronic Ticket’) that you can use for your next booking.
  • The gift voucher remains valid until the credit has been used up.
  • The voucher can be used to make a booking for one or more tickets and will be automatically deactivated once used.
  • The voucher can only be used once; if not used in full, the remaining credit will no longer be available.
  • The voucher can be used to purchase tickets on any route available on our website.
  • The voucher can be used to book tickets on our website, or through our reservation office (telephone reservation(at)skyalps.com), or at the Bolzano Airport ticket office or at the SkyAlps office.
