The ideal profile has:
- degree in Economics, Finance, or related fields;
- 2–3 years of experience in the controlling or management control department of other companies;
- good knowledge of Excel and data analysis/reporting tool;
- analytical mindset, attention to detail, and precision;
- ability to work in a team and communicate clearly and proactively;
- knowledge of English is a plus.
What you will do:
- support management control and performance monitoring activities;
- analyze costs and revenues, identifying variances and opportunities for improvement;
- prepare regular reports to support strategic decisions by management;
- collaborate with various departments to collect and process financial and economic data;
- contribute to planning and forecasting activities;
- optimize internal reporting and control processes.
